    More reports, and more variations within those reports. The next reports planned are pie charts showing the contribution of each fuel to the production of CO2 for a nominated year, and one showing the cost contributions of each fuel.

    How Many Free Upgrades?

    After the software is registered you will be able to download later versions as they become available. Although we would like to have a single registration entitle you to unlimited upgrades, there will be times when you are asked to make a reduced further payment.

    Registration will allow you free upgrades for at least twelve months. After that, we reserve the right to request an extra payment.

    Data Feed from Suppliers

    It is hoped to arrange with energy suppliers that they can provide a web facility to enable customers to download their own account data in a file. HEAS will in turn have an interface that reads the file to create its own data. This will reduce manual data input and also allow historical data to be loaded. If you already have a file, send it to us so we can investigate loading it to HEAS.

    Light Energy Analysis

    A "lite" system that will only handle a single fuel. This version of the system will record consumption for gas, electricity or water, not all three. There will be fewer reports, and a lower price.

    It will be possible to upgrade from the "lite" system to the standard system at an attractive price. Data already entered will be preserved.

    Corporate Energy Analysis

    A corporate version capable of handling multiple buildings. Each building will be setup in the same way as HEAS, but an unlimited number of buildings will exist in the total organisation. All reports available within HEAS will be available for each building. There will also be aggregate reports which will provide organisation wide summaries. It will also be possible to put buildings in user defined classes, for instance, factories, retail outlets, offices so that comparisons between buildings are meaningful.

    It will be possible to upgrade data from the home version to the corporate version.
